VACANCY | HOSTESS/HOST AT DE WEELDERIK

Are you a dynamic person with a passion for hospitality? Do you have experience in receiving guests at hotels and/or resorts? If so, we have a challenging position for you! De Weelderik is looking for an enthusiastic multi-tasker in the role of hostess/host who will be responsible for the reception and well-being of our guests who we will soon receive in Hengelo (GLD)!

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

As the face of De Weelderik, you play an important role in creating an unforgettable holiday experience for our guests. Your tasks include:

• Welcoming guests on arrival in a friendly and professional manner and checking them into their accommodation.
• You explain how the accommodation works and answer any questions the guests may have.
• You provide help and support via email to answer guest questions and resolve any issues.
• You answer phone calls from guests and help them with all questions about De Weelderik and the surrounding area, such as local attractions, sights and activities.
• You are proactive and anticipate the needs of guests and aim for that 10/10 score on guest satisfaction before, during and after their stay at De Weelderik.

WHAT MAKES YOU OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE?

• You have already gained experience in the hospitality or leisure industry.
• You have excellent communication skills and a friendly, guest-oriented attitude.
• You master the Dutch, English and ideally even the German language, both verbally and in writing.
• You are able to work independently and set priorities in a dynamic environment.
• You have flexible availability. We also work on public holidays and weekends.
• Preferably, you already live near De Weelderik and you already know the area well!
